Wheel Max constantly updates prices and inventory quantities daily.  From time to time, "typo" or pricing error may occur on our website.  Should this ever occur, Wheel Max reserves the right to cancel orders until the mistake is revised.  For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
 

Does Wheel Max accept international orders?

Yes; however, your online order must be placed via phone by calling 1-800-545-5745.  International orders must be paid via Western Union or bank wire transfer, and a courier must be sent to our warehouse to pick up your order.  Wheel Max can also deliver your order to a domestic freight forwarder for an additional charge.  For more details, visit our Shipping Information area.
 

What will shipping cost?  How long will it take?

Wheel and Tire Packages with Mounting and balancing ship at a discounted rate within the continental U.S.  To provide you with the lowest possible shipping rates, we calculate shipping costs at checkout based on your Zip Code.  Shipments to P.O. Packaging

Every order that Wheel Max ships out is carefully wrapped and packaged by hand to secure against damage during shipping.  

Should shipping damage occur, please contact Wheel Max at 1-800-545-5745 within 48 hours of receiving your order.  We will provide you with any necessary instructions for dealing with the shipping company.
 

Mounting and balancing

Wheel Max offers mounting and balancing for wheel and tire packages.  With mounting and balancing, your wheel and tire package arrives at your door ready to install on your vehicle.
 

Tax

Only Florida residents will be required to pay a 7% sales tax.  International customers will be required to pay any applicable customs duties.
 

Receiving Your Order

As soon as your order is received, you should inspect your items to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing.  You should also double check to be sure your order is accurate.

After removing your wheels from their boxes and plastic wrap.

1.)    Make sure they are the correct size, color, brand, and style.

2.)    Carefully inspect your wheels and/or tires for chips, cracks, or any other type of damage that might    have occurred during shipping.

3.)    Important - If you ordered wheels only, be sure to test fit on your vehicle before mounting tires on them - no returns can be accepted after a tire is mounted.   

3.)    Make sure that no lug nuts, hub rings, or center caps are missing.
