To return an order, please print, fill out, and fax our Return Form to 1-954-513-4105.
Returns are subject to conditions specified in our Return Policy.
All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the steps in our return policy.
The Wheel Max Compatibility Guarantee ensures that your online order will fit your vehicle. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason, the following conditions apply:
Non-Defective Returns and Exchanges:
RMA requests must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
Merchandise and accessories must be properly packaged and returned in brand new condition. All returns are carefully inspected to verify new condition. Tires or wheels showing any extent of wear or damage from automotive use or improper installation will be subject to a 100% restocking fee.
Unless purchased together as a package:
Tires may not be returned or exchanged once mounted on a wheel.
Wheels may not be returned or exchanged once tires have been mounted on them.
Wheels returned for a refund or refused upon delivery are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping is non-refundable and not covered by Wheel Max for non-defective returns or exchanges.
Labor costs for mounting and balancing are non-refundable.
Before returning an order, you must obtain an RMA number by following the steps below:

for RMA # and packaging / shipping instructions.
Ship your return to us.
Customer Service will contact you upon receiving your return.
Note: All returns must be received by Wheel Max within 7 days of your RMA issue date.
Wheel Max requires the use of UPS/Fedex when shipping returned items. Wheel and tire packages must be wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned to us. Please visit our web site for a guide on proper packaging for returns.
