Does Wheel Max accept international orders?
Yes; however, your online order must be placed via phone by calling 1-800-545-5745. International orders must be paid via Western Union or bank wire transfer, and a courier must be sent to our warehouse to pick up your order. Wheel and Tire Packages with Mounting and balancing ship at a discounted rate within the continental U.S. To provide you with the lowest possible shipping rates, we calculate shipping costs at checkout based on your Zip Code. Wheel Max offers mounting and balancing for wheel and tire packages. With mounting and balancing, your wheel and tire package arrives at your door ready to install on your vehicle.
Only Florida residents will be required to pay a 7% sales tax. International customers will be required to pay any applicable customs duties.
Receiving Your Order
As soon as your order is received, you should inspect your items to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing. You should also double check to be sure your order is accurate.

1.) Make sure they are the correct size, color, brand, and style.
2.) Carefully inspect your wheels and/or tires for chips, cracks, or any other type of damage that might have occurred during shipping.
3.) Important - If you ordered wheels only, be sure to test fit on your vehicle before mounting tires on them - no returns can be accepted after a tire is mounted.
