| Wheel Max Return Policy
1. Merchandise can not be returned without a return authorization number from Wheel Max. 2. All authorizations are valid for a period of 15 days after the date of issue. 3. Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. This also applies to any issues concerning warranty. 4. When returning wheels for credit, a $100 restocking fee will be charged to your account. This also applies to shipments that are refused and returned to us. 5. All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. 6. Shipping is non-refundable. Any Shipment received in conditions other than brand new will be charged 50% restocking fee on the total amount. 7. There are no returns on used or damaged merchandise. 8. Wheel and tire packages must be wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned to us. 9. No returns after 30 days. 10. Report any damages and/or shortages within 48 hours of receiving. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours. 11. For customers purchasing wheels alone, once a tire is mounted there are absolutely no returns. 12. Purchase price at time of sale is final. |
